What is your Return Policy?
MERCHANDISE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise returned must be unused, unopened, and accompanied by a sales
receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Food, discounted, seasonal items are not returnable .
Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the same credit card number. Refunds for purchases paid by checks may be issued after 10 working days from date of purchases.
Refunds for purchases up to $50 paid by cash or check may be issued in cash within 30 days of purchase. If over $50, a check refund will be issued by our office.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged/refunded for the same item or store credit. Store credits are valid for one year from date of issuance.
How to be a TCK club member?
The Compleat Kitchen offers a reward program to customers visiting our store. The customer is offered a stamp card with an initial purchase of $5.00 or more. For each additional purchase of $5.00 or more a stamp is added to the card for every $5.00 spent. Upon completion of the card (40 stamps or $200.00), the customer is given a discount of $10.00 on their next purchase. The customer also becomes a member of the TCK club. At various times of the year TCK club member are emailed special offers exclusively for club members. The TCK stamp card does not have an expiration date
